Well below Zero stars would have been given if possible. At the time I had the huge misfortune of dealing with AA Accountants (UK) Limited, it was a one man band run by a character called Azeem (First name of the AA) It's run from a spare bedroom in his terraced home in Bristol. Contrary to what the website implies, I believe that's most probably still the case - a one man band; and so considering that, any reviews implying otherwise should be taken with at least one pinch of salt. I would strongly advise anybody considering dealing with this firm (or if you prefer to say Azeem ) to consider if they are that desperate - And even then, don't do it !!! And for the accountancy & communication skills shown or given? Virtually non-existent; and I would like to ask whether their qualifications were won in a raffle, or plucked from a corn flakes box? I previously approached AA Accountants (UK) Ltd / Azeem, for what I thought would be an honest and helpful service. What I was quoted was a complete cost of the full service, amounting to many thousands of pounds, which AA requested before the work started. It was such a high amount that I considered it to be the "I don't really want to do it price". That means it was such a high amount, that if I paid it, which I did (with receipts as proof), AA would be very happy to receive such a large amount for the work involved. If though, I had not accepted to pay that very high price, AA would not be too bothered, - as AA did not really want the job anyway. Having decided to take my money, AA was then under contract to the full work involved (And AA produced a contract). The work was not done by AA, and I then had to employ the services of a reliable accountancy firm to do all required work from start to finish. Due to the real negligence by AA Accountants (UK) Ltd, it didn't stop there! In my opinion, Azeem, as the managing director of AA Accountants (UK) Limited, would be more suited to attempting to calculate the number of people which can be put on the over loaded dingies leaving Calais beach - I believe his ethics are truly that low ! So Azeem, you clearly underestimated my fortitude, and you would be wise not to make the same mistake again with others. I do though think that will fall on deaf ears, as the narcissistic arrogance displayed by the director Azeem is a truly toxic trait to have, and morally repugnant ! It should also be noted that the number of reviews for AA Accountants (UK) Limited shown here have actually been reduced by at least 10 over the last couple of months, I expect perhaps having been found to be fake by Google. So, let's now address your response. Firstly, as you well know I was a genuine client, and my review honestly demonstrates a clear and genuine client experience; and having paid you many thousands of pounds which I have paperwork to prove, you have lied here, stating "We welcome genuine client feedback", as clearly you do not! My views and experiences of AA, as a past client, are completely truthful, and are written as a warning to any potential clients looking to rule out any untrustworthy suppliers of services. And verified reviews which you mention? Clearly you have also missed what is stated by Google with the reviews - "Reviews aren't verified by Google". And that is why Google removed so many of your past reviews ! And I am actually amazed with the amount of untrue information spread out over the internet by AA about what AA Accountants (UK) Ltd are ! They are not big, they are not a firm of dedicated & professional accountants ! "They are" a bloke in a spare bedroom with a computer. Bear that in mind when parting with your hard earned money.
