Of course they handle all the accounting and tax matters professionally, but what really makes the difference is the level of support beyond the standard service. They don’t just process the numbers — they genuinely help with the development of the business. They explain what can be improved, advise on better ways to manage finances and systems, and provide the necessary software and tools that make running the company much easier 🤗 They are also very patient and supportive, even in situations when something isn’t completed perfectly on time 🫣 which makes working with them very comfortable and stress-free 😍 I truly appreciate their professionalism, knowledge and the way they care about their clients’ growth. BTS are effectively a free service; my first accountancy was lazy and was inefficient and left me with huge HMRC bills. Agnieszka and Tad, and their team know their subject, do things correctly; but ensure your using the tax breaks applicable to your business. I sleep well knowing there are no hidden surprises and I have good people making sure I am in an informed position.

I contacted BTS accountancy with a very serious company issue. If the specific issue was not resolved quickly, then the negative impact upon my business could have been terminal, and all my hard work over the years would have been for nothing. In addition this situation occurred during the lockdown period, compounding an already serious problem, coupled with the fact that companies house was closed; it seemed that I was facing an impossible task. Once I had explained my problem to BTS accountancy, and forwarded the relevant documents to them they 100% successfully resolved the problem within a matter of a few weeks with companies house, even during the lockdown period!
