Do not use this company! I have asked to leave as they keep increasing their prices and they have tried to charge me an exit fee of £436. even tho I am not in a contract! Absolute conmen, you have been warned!

If you see a previous review from me ignore it as that was when we actually had a dedicated account manager and things were running smoothly and working. Since they’ve gotten rid of the dedicated support cintra has reverted back to the worst payroll company around. The same issues we had when we first had to move over to this sorry company where we get no response for weeks/months or having to do a simple change with a useless exaggerated excel form. Carolyn knight and Amy Dennis the worst. If you have them too seriously consider leaving. I’m now trying to find out how termination works with them so I can secure a new payroll provider. BELIEVE the 1 star reviews! Otherwise you’ll regret it like us
