What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
CJS Payroll Ltd is listed under Bookkeeping & payroll and operates from Castlereagh Road in Belfast, with weekday opening hours split into morning and afternoon sessions. A review describes a first payslip that contained a mistake on a straightforward monthly salary with shift allowance and deductions for tax, National Insurance and pension.
The same review reports that the salary later reached the bank while no payslip had been produced, leaving no way of checking whether the figure was correct, and that chat help through the app was unhelpful when the issue was raised. The points raised concern payslip accuracy, missing documentation after payment, and the app-based support channel.

Just got my first payslip from these guys, and it's got a mistake. Nothing new to pay me nor no changes or overtime just a simple salary plus shift allowance monthly pay with tax, NI and pension deductions.....and its wrong. Chat help on the app was unhelpful, too. Update 30/11/23 This morning, my salary has been paid into my bank account, and the pay specialists at CJS haven't produced a payslip. So I have no way to check it's correct. It's a legal requirement to produce a payslip before salary is paid Completely Pathetic
