All she s telling me is “I don’t have anyone at the moment”, “I don’t have access to the diaries”. What do you mean no access to the diaries… the receptionist has access to the diaries. Just fobbing me off “I ll give your number to someone to call you”. I m sorry, but when you have an urgent matter and I told you I already have bad experience with accountants, all this fobbing off it s just the last straw. Not good enough. Especially considering the reviews
