TaxAssist Accountants

Long-standing client relationships define the experience at this Southampton firm, with reviewers repeatedly describing engagements spanning more than a decade across self-employment taxation, company accounts, bookkeeping and payroll. Several mention that queries are answered promptly by telephone or in person, and that reaching someone familiar with their file is straightforward. Named staff members Kumar Nayar, Farzin Atraki and Hamza appear often in feedback, praised for a polite and professional manner and for explaining tax positions clearly. Turnaround is described as fast, the approach as friendly, and the rates as reasonable for the work carried out.

Business owners who incorporated through the practice note the same steady support year after year, while sole traders highlight help with self-employment status. Where issues arise, they are said to be resolved efficiently, and the wider team is credited with being knowledgeable and current on tax matters. A further recurring point is accessibility: clients value being able to pick up the phone and speak to the same contacts who have handled their affairs over time. That continuity, combined with clear advice and careful account management, is what reviewers return to when explaining why they have stayed.
