We used this bureau for around a year and it was a disaster. The owner can’t even get the hourly rates correct and is completely incompetent / inaccurate. Hours were always incorrect and nothing was done correctly including statutory pay. Sometimes payments wouldn’t even reach staff bank accounts on time. They never took responsibility for their errors and we dreaded every pay day. Do not use this firm, they’ll ruin your business.
