Updated Review – Please READ BEFORE USING J&P Accounting I hired J&P Accounting over a year ago after seeing them recommended on Amazon Seller Central with a competitive price to register Spanish VAT. Unfortunately, the process became slow, confusing, and much more expensive than expected. After I paid, communication was inconsistent (I often had to chase by email/WhatsApp). Spain VAT took over 8 months, and when I submitted it to Amazon, it was rejected due to VIES issues and Amazon told me to contact my agent. In March 2025, J&P advised me in writing that getting an Italian VAT number was a convenient alternative and that Apostille was not required for EU VAT registrations. Based on that advice, I paid €453.60 for Italian VAT. Later, J&P told me that to activate Spain VIES I still need a Hague Apostille and an additional electronic certificate fee €350 . This means I was pushed to pay extra, and then asked to pay even more to finish the original goal. Also worth noting: J&P only responded quickly after I left a negative Google review. Warning to other Amazon sellers: the low upfront price may not be the real total cost. Get everything in writing, ask for the full end-to-end cost to reach an Amazon-accepted result, and be prepared for added fees later.
