Families employing a nanny in Brighton repeatedly highlight the clarity and dependability of the payroll support they receive. Parents describe becoming an employer as far simpler than expected, with the administrative weight of hiring, HMRC registration and ongoing payroll lifted from their shoulders. A handful of customers describe how quickly questions are answered and how efficiently accounts and documents are processed day to day. The personal quality of the help stands out, with Greta and Ella singled out for steering clients through complex situations, including the furlough process and other Covid-19 employment matters.

Clients also appreciate the proactive approach that reduces the admin burden on households, together with advice offered over the phone or by email. The service proves especially useful when a nanny is arranged at short notice, and a number of reviews mention that there is no lengthy contractual commitment tying families in. Competence, thoroughness and a readiness to explain matters clearly recur across the feedback, as does the sense that difficulties are resolved fully, leaving parents free to focus on their families rather than on paperwork.
