I found them on a Google search, I wanted someone local to me and not a large company, they responded straight away and were always polite, approachable, nothing was too much trouble, I met with Robyn in a local cafe to have a chat, go through bits and bobs, explain everything etc, she was brilliant. I have one BTL flat so it's not as if I'm a big customer but they're always on hand no matter what! Can't fault them at all and would highly recommend them to anyone, support locally and smaller businesses not massive corporate companies
