Updating the review to five stars after dealing with them quite a lot recently. Originally I gave two stars due to a very slow set up process with lots of errors. However, once set up was completed, they were actually quite professional. Shortly after hiring our nanny, unfortunately things took a turn and eventually it didn't work out. Stafftax offered me to use their HR services to make sure everything is handled correctly. They closed down the payroll and offered a partial refund. They came across professional, helpful, and fair.
