Switch Accounting

I was with Switch Accounting for a year. Throughout that year the staff were slow at responding to basic enquiries - Jonathan ignored multiple emails and his responses were not helpful. Overall, they didn't actually do any 'work' at all. I was willing to sign up for another year but their nonchalant attitude and poor communication drove me away to a firm that pays more attention to its clients.

Such a positive experience. My call was answered quickly, a Zoom meeting arranged for the following week and my submission completed within 45 minutes. Jonathan Brothers was the Accountant concerned, he was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely be back for my tax returns going forward.
