Great experience with Alan over the phone. Discussed personal tax matters to assess whether support was needed from Alan and he provided the reassurance needed. He didn’t try to push services that weren’t needed, the call ended with me being more confident with what I need to do, and knowing I had someone at the end of a call or email that is willing to help if needed.
