From day one, communication has been excellent - they're responsive, proactive, and always happy to explain things clearly. They are more expensive than my previous accountants, but they've more than justified the additional cost. Through better advice and proactive tax planning, we're actually saving more each month and quarter on our tax liabilities, so the investment pays for itself. If you're looking for accountants who communicate well, add genuine value, and take a proactive approach to your finances, I'd highly recommend Thomas and Co.
