YOUR PAYROLL

Your Payroll is a bookkeeping and payroll service based in Liverpool. It provides payroll services for businesses with 1 to 250 employees and specialises in payrolls for individual employers of personal care assistants. The service is operated by KDC (Commercial) Limited, and all profits from Your Payroll go to KDC.

Your Payroll offers an end-to-end outsourced payroll solution. It deals with HMRC to ensure compliance and covers workplace pensions and auto enrolment compliance. It also provides direct access to pay slips for employees.

Pension contributions deducted from staff pay but never passed on to the pension provider form the core of the account left about this Liverpool payroll service. The employer describes deductions continuing for over a year without reaching the scheme, and notes that this was among several problems experienced while the company handled their payroll, with an investigation subsequently begun.

The work falls within the firm's payroll remit, and the address given is in Huyton. The company is listed as a payroll provider, so the complaint relates directly to that service, and the employer advises others to steer clear.
