Service which is worth considering any business owner whose employee's work as a PAYE. Will help to have tax benefits for claimable expenses which is work related like travel expenses, food expenses while at work and etc. Customer service experience is top notch. Spoke with James and it was great experience as he have good communication skills and nice attitude. I contacted Michaella Bidwell, Payroll Administrator at First Payroll Services regarding a payment issue. She was very helpful & she answered my questions in a professional, polite & friendly manner. I was really impressed with the excellent customer service delivered by her & she was really efficient in getting the payment to me. I am really grateful for her help & assistance. Also her huge efforts in supporting with this matter as she kept me updated all the way along the progress in helping me get this resolved her communication skills are great. Just came off the phone with one of first payrolls agents James Griffin, and i must say he was a huge help! I had about a months worth of claims and he patiently went through each day with me you can imagine how long it took aha. He helped me understand how it all works and how I benefit from it so overall it was great customer service and I will be making sure I call to submit my claims every so often from now on!
