Jaccountancy

I’ve used Jaccountacy for 3 years and have now left them. Despite paying for a full years accounts they won’t prepare the final accounts unless I subscribe for another year claiming they have done them this year (the previous year’s accounts that I had already paid for) During the last year I’ve had an accountant that didn’t realise they needed receipts to see what VAT could be reclaimed and was told they would provide accountants training on ‘VAT documentation procedures’. Jay was looking into this but never bothered getting back to me. Ive had a data breech where my complaint was sent to someone outside of the company. They pay £8 for positive feedback so be warry about what you read on here. I wouldn’t recommend.
