TaxKings - Edinburgh Accountants

TaxKings is an accounting and tax advisory firm with offices in Edinburgh and Glasgow. It provides online accounting services to clients across the UK. The firm works with limited companies and offers tax advice, VAT advice, self-assessment, and property tax services. Payroll services include PAYE and CIS returns, and IR35 support is available.

TaxKings partners with QuickBooks as accountants and uses Xero software. It offers Dext (formerly ReceiptBank) support and app advisory services. A dedicated client portal enables secure document sharing. Fee protection insurance and Taxkings Wealth services are also offered.

A client needing personal tax returns done chose this Edinburgh tax adviser for the breadth of services available, including accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning and financial advice. The account notes that some of these options were not required at the outset but became useful later, which suited a client whose needs shifted over time.

The practice is described as a sound choice, bringing various tax matters together in one place and providing reassurance once the work was handed over. The outcome is framed in terms of confidence and reduced worry rather than specific methods, and no individual staff member is named. What comes through is the convenience of having accounting, bookkeeping and payroll support under one roof and the peace of mind reported afterwards.
