Had a great meeting with Buhir Rafiq. I am a little bit taken a back, I emailed a general enqury to the "Senior Accountant" earlier today, received a call from a mobile number, quite dismissive and rude in my opinion, has no idea who he had called (after he called me) - really surprised after such great reviews? email was submitted to amughal Update: Buhir Kindly called me as mentioned in the company reply, and admitted they did hang up on the call, as they did not want to discuss pricing further "or go into a word war" as they described. I even evidenced another practice who followed up with a very genuine email to showcase what I would have expected. Finally, Buhir requested that I remove my review, regardless of my experiance. Please provide a great service, regardless of relationship, I made a genuine business enquiry and was hung up on because I questioned the pricing, no follow up email unlike every other company i have spoken to, no attempt to explain why the service is 4x more expensive than other quotes, not someone i would choose to do business with, and no, I will not remove a genuine review Buhir.
